Returns and Refunds

All Thingz Jazzy Boutique offers exchange for store credit ONLY. Please contact store within 3 days of receiving your merchandise to receive a store credit.

Only regular priced items may be returned for store credit. Unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.

All Sale  and discounted items are “FINAL SALE”. There are absolutely no refunds, exchanges or store credits issued on sale items, swimwear and accessories.

 Items must be returned unworn and in the same condition that you received it in order to receive the store credit. It must also be in the original packaging along with all tags attached. A receipt, order number or proof of purchase/comfirmation number is required to complete your request for store credit .
 

The customer will be responsible for shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE. 

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept COD deliveries; they will be rejected. We recommend sending your return via USPS Flat Rate with a tracking number and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Because many of our items are limited quantities, and we try to maintain a certain level of exclusivity, we may occasionally sell out of an item and not restock. If this happens, we will notify you via email.
